Universe
[ original poem by G.Stevenson ]

The Universe is very large for that we all know
But how large it is we have yet to find out so;
For it is our destiny to reach out amongst the stars
and eventually in the future travel out beyond
even the moon and mars.
Our destiny still awaits us and the great adventures
are about to start.
For the time for waiting is over for many people
of this world ... for space travel will soon become
reality as they have always known it in their hearts.
This universe of ours is very complex and full of
many great surprises - never have a doubt;
Fore it has always been humanitys' destiny and
future to seek these strange and complex
enigmas out.
With exploration comes knowledge and through
knowledge comes wisdom and understanding
which allow us to put away our reservations
and fears;
For soon we will finally begin to understand this
great universe of ours as we explore the outer
planets over the next several years.
